Some listener questions, some updates and a listener call as well. First off, happy World UFO Day to everyone who celebrate. Bit of a weird one to celebrate, isn't it? There seems to be a day for everything these days. But of course, this one is very relevant to those of you listening or watching this podcast. A little bit on World UFO Day. It's observed annually on the 2nd of July to raise awareness about unidentified flying objects and the possibility of E.T. life. Originally, though, the day was celebrated on June 24th to mark Kenneth Arnold's 1947 sighting of the objects over Mount Rainier. Obviously, we know about the flying saucers term that came from that very seminal sighting. The date was later shifted to July 2nd to commemorate the Roswell incident from 1947. So that anniversary is coming up. I had to look, though, and I was thinking the 2nd of July, because the 8th of July is one of the dates as well for Roswell. But the actual breakdown of Roswell, very quickly for folks. This isn't a Roswell show, but I thought this was interesting. The evening of the 2nd of July in 1947 is when many people believe the object or objects crashed shooting a thunderstorm. The saucer was retrieved between the 3rd and 4th of July by Mac Brazel. He reported it on the 6th of July, and the military got involved on the 7th and the 8th of July, which I think a lot of people have the 8th of July in their head. I tend to, is when the famous RAAF captures flying saucer press release was issued. And, of course, then retracted as well. So, yep, it is World UFO Day, so if you're hearing this on the 2nd of July, send out a tweet, send out a message to your family, friends, whoever it may be, and just say, oh, it's World UFO Day. Drop them some, a knowledge bomb, tell them a fact. And there's some interesting stuff in the news just now as well. Quick shout-out. I did get a request from a listener, Stephen, who's over on the YouTube channel, just found the podcast, asked for a shout-out. So, Stephen, hi, this is you being shouted out. So, yeah, hi, Stephen. But on the news side of things, folks, this might be a good one to share with family and friends. We'll be discussing lots of news items, answering any questions you have, so please send over anything. But one of the big news items we'll be talking about is Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp's recent release on Weaponised on the 1st of July. I had a sneaking suspicion something was coming early this week. And, yeah, you might remember last year the Mosul Orb picture that was released by Knapp and Korbell on Weaponised. It was a still image of a sphere slash ball slash a lot of folks, debunkers and such, not completely unfairly. We're seeing it look like it could be a puddle on the ground reflecting. It's an image from above of a CIA spy plane recording a terrorist compound. That's what was being reported. However, we now have the accompanying video. And journalist Dustin Slaughter, great name, by the way, absolutely top tier name, proper WWF name that. He went down a really interesting route, not just through FOIA, where he was stonewalled, but he discussed with Knapp and Korbell how he's had to go through litigation and a legal route of a lawsuit to get this video, which he's managed to do. That's really interesting. And like I say, I'll go into that with more detail later this week with Dan and beyond, because for one thing, please go check out the video. However, it's only four seconds, but it shows you that the object is indeed moving or the spy plane is moving over the object. But it definitely clears up. It's not a puddle on the ground. It's not a raindrop. Some folks thought on the lens. Very interesting. Well done to Dustin. I think the longer term impact of this is going down a legal route and pressuring the government or the organizations involved into releasing footage through threats of legal action. Dustin is under the impression that him and his legal team can get more videos and have requested more videos via this route. This video itself is still designated UAP or unresolved by the people who hold it. And really intriguing. I'd love to know people's thoughts on the video, any questions around it. But I think Dustin may have opened a bit of a can of worms here, potentially, in a good way. There's also the potential that the video was released for a reason, deliberately. Maybe they're about to debunk it themselves. Maybe Arrow are about to release something to say, we know what this is. And that's why the videos come out to then be debunked or shown what it is. Who knows? I think we'll find out sooner than later. But yeah, online detectives, as George Knapp and Jeremy Corbyn like to call them, I'm sure will be pouring over the four-second clip of the actual object itself. And it'd be great to see some detail around that in the coming days too. They've asked folks to figure out whether the object is moving, whether it's just parallax, whether the aircraft is moving but the object is staying still, distance, size of the object, all that stuff that they don't know themselves. So yeah, really interesting. Any thoughts or questions on that stuff, please get in touch. Also, Senator Mike Rounds of the famed Schumer-Rounds Amendment or the UAP Disclosure Act is due, that is due to go back in for another pass this year. Famously, it has two key elements of eminent domain, which is basically the US government can go in and claim anything they want, including crashed craft held by aerospace contractors and whatnot. Again, I'm a little bit fuzzy on this, but I believe the US Constitution has eminent domain as part of it anyway. I'm not too sure how all that works then. And the second part was the Presidential Review Board, where a nine-person panel would basically work through files and declassifications and whatnot. Those are the big things, along with other smaller items within the bill. But Senator Rounds sat down for an interview with Ross Coulter, another item I'll dive into in more detail tomorrow with Dan. But he says, he basically said, the US should disclose UFO-related contact with entities and intelligence not of this earth, if such evidence exists. He speaks well, not spectacularly. It's not filled with speculations, but there are some interesting bits and common sense, especially given his level of position. It's fine. A couple of questions from folks then. Josh says, what are your thoughts on Stephen Greer? Have you ever planned on having him on? I've shared my thoughts quite often on Stephen Greer on the podcast, and I'll very quickly summarize those. But I wanted to answer this just generally around guests and requesting folks. Thoughts on Stephen Greer? I think back in the late 90s, early 2000s, he had a lot of good intentions. I think he had, and probably still has, a lot of good contacts. I just feel he has a certain narrative, an agenda, that I struggle most of the time to get on board with. I think that's a fair way for me to say it. But I appreciate he has a lot of supporters, and a lot of folks get on board with the UFO topic through his documentaries, especially the ones available on the bigger platforms, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, and other platforms too, of course. I have asked multiple times about getting him on. I've never had a reply from Stephen Greer himself. Way back in the day, you can go back and check out interviews with Michael Mazzola, who has directed Stephen Greer's documentaries. And I spoke to Michael. Really interesting chat, actually, way back when, probably four years ago now, at least. I tried through that channel. Again, nothing. Stephen Greer seems very selective as to which shows and podcasts he goes on. I imagine the much bigger ones that get hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of views over on YouTube. But that's Stephen's prerogative. But more generally around guests, there aren't many or any folks involved in the UFO topic that I haven't reached out to. I'm very fortunate to get who I do get on. And sometimes it can be timing. Sometimes folks get back to me with very polite no's. Sometimes they just don't reply. And that's fine. No one owes me anything. But I do reach out. If there are any guests you would like me to reach out to or get in touch with, please drop me a message. But if you're going to say Tom DeLonge, for example, I have tried. Nothing back so far. But I'll keep trying as and when these things come up. And of course, they are relative. But if there are any guests who are maybe lesser well-known, but you've read a book or saw them speaking or saw them in a documentary, again, please drop those over because some of the lesser well-known names can be some of the most fascinating and interesting interviews for me. So really interested to hear anyone's thoughts on those. But yeah, I've tried Josh for Stephen Greer. And I always, like any guest I host, have a respectful conversation. But yeah, no luck so far. Stuart asks, a question for your ramble. With the recent audacious behind-enemy-lines use of drones in both Russia and Iran, do you think there's any connection to the recent so-called drone swarms seen over the USA and UK military bases? Were they a prelude or test to what is now occurring in both these conflicts? We'd be grateful for your thoughts. So yeah, going back to, I mean, there's been drone swarms reported now going back years and years and years, especially as the technology has gotten more commercial and more widely understood and used. Drone is now a language in the lexicon, common use for everyday folks. So we know what they are. I think those sightings from late 2024 into early 2025, perhaps they were a test. And I mean, I don't know, but I think a lot of folks jumped to ET, all that kind of stuff. I know other guests I've had on recently still believe there was something to that. I'm still not sure. I think it would perhaps make more sense if they were friendly tests of equipment that were going to be used in combat zones and it was easier to do that here. I know there's the question around, for example, the US testing their own drones or military drones around sensitive installations. But why not? I don't see why that couldn't happen or doesn't happen or wouldn't happen for it to then be used. Offshore, it was quite brash. It was, you know, done in daylight at times. It was done at night with lights and all that kind of stuff. And yeah, it's a strange one, but I wouldn't be shocked given what has happened in the rest of this year. Maybe there was a strange element to it. Some of the reported characteristics looked really interesting. there was a lot of fake videos, a lot of AI videos and a lot of videos that just showed aircraft, normal aircraft, being confused for drones as well. A bit of a confusing one and perhaps one we're never going to get answers to at this point. But for me, that points towards it being something a little bit more human. Not nonetheless, still suspicious. But again, I'd be interested to know folks' thoughts and if in your area those drone sightings are still happening, what's keeping it in the news for you and what's keeping it interesting? And this one I want to send. This came out to me a week or so ago but I thought it's a really interesting point and maybe it reflects how a lot of you listening to this or watching this are feeling on the UFO topic. From T. T said, The Wall Street Journal has just published the first of a two-part series claiming the UFO phenomenon as mostly the result of decades of deliberate military disinformation. According to the Wall Street Journal, the government let UFO rumours grow wild as a cover for classified weapons. programs and even high-level officials were misled. That narrative is now going mainstream and unless it's challenged with something real it's going to stick. The door is closing. So here's the message to Matthew Brown, Lou Elizondo, Ross Coulter, Chris Mellon, Corbell, Knapp, Grush and anyone else sitting on more than rumours. Stop teasing, stop dropping breadcrumbs, enough of the cryptic tweets and cypher games. This isn't a Dan Brown novel, it's potentially the biggest story in the history of humanity. If you know something, say something. Say what it is, say it clearly and now. The trust me bro era is over. We've heard the hints, the implications, the careful phrasing, but that's not going to hold up against the weight of a Wall Street Journal takedown. If that article becomes the final word, the entire conversation risks fading into the background, back to the land of cooks and weirdos, which is exactly what the gatekeepers want. So if you're in this for the right reasons, step up, be specific, be brave, be done with the games because this might be the last window. We're not asking for drama, we're asking for truth. T, that's incredibly well worded and thank you so much for sending that in. I will keep that to discuss again with Dan because I want to bounce that off someone back and forward. I'd love to know people's thoughts on that. I think you raise a lot of really interesting points. There's a lot of implications though to some of the things that you're asking to happen there. I think there's even the idea that, you know, depending on what these people know, is it not still going to be testimony, hear, not even hearsay, but David Grush said quite a lot. David Grush said quite a lot on open settings. It still didn't catch the public's imagination to continue and carry on long term. It had an impact, albeit a contained one, but probably the biggest for some time. Same with Matthew Brown. I think it's difficult without us getting some kind of official acknowledgement for these folks named to really push this again, that next step further. You're going to need, you're going to need the government to get involved. You're going to need real top brass officials to come out and say something big mainstream, but then you've got Carl Nell who has said things mainstream. You know, you've got Mike Rounds sitting with Ross Coulter talking about this subject mainstream. You're fighting against decades and decades and decades of gatekeeping, psyops, disinformation and control of a subject that has been largely stigmatised very well across the world. It's such a well-put point you've made. And for me, the Wall Street Journal article did not have the impact I see a lot of the community believing it did. And for me, again, maybe this is just because of the socials I follow and whatnot, the conversation on it was all around the UFO community talking about it. I feel it would have had almost no impact at all had the UFO community not picked it up. And not in terms it wouldn't have been read, but people are reading it that probably don't have an interest anyway and it's only affirming their own views. I don't see that those articles really had such a sway in them or anything concrete. That dragged people either way over the conversation. But again, I'd love to know people's thoughts on that still. For me, the Wall Street Journal stuff has come and it's gone and that's it. It's done. So, yeah, but really well-made point. I love that and I really wanted to read that out. So thank you so much. In case people are very, very confused right now, I am a backyard chicken educator. That's my real job, but, you know, I've got to have like a hobby. So, the whole UFO thing is in there. And sometimes the two come together on my YouTube channel. So, there's a few UFO videos. Well, that's it. We had Jake Barber picking up massive eggs back in January. There you go. But here we are. What are we talking about, Dahlia? Oh, gosh. You know, I've got, I've talked a little bit about this before, but I've got, like, I'm fatigued. I'm tired. I'm tired, Andy. I'm tired. I am. Disclosure fatigue. Physically, yep. And, and also there's just like, there's so much going on in the world, like on earth. And I have so many concerns about the state of humanity right now that I, I feel like, like I'm not doing service to that sometimes when I'm like, well, I just want to think about UFOs and all of this other stuff. Yeah. And, you know, it's like, wow, but I'm thinking about that and we're in such a state right now. Maybe we need to just think about humanity. Right. I'm going to do a little on the spot experiment here. Okay. So I am, I am on X. I am going to refresh and I'm going to go on to my following. So these are people I follow. So it's not my for you feed, which the for you stuff can be completely messed up. Like, yeah. Number eight is someone talking about Trump and Peter Thiel being the living antichrist. Sounds about eight. He is a lizard. You know, I wouldn't be surprised. Let me just put it that way. Sometimes I don't even have that much UFO stuff on my feed because the conversation can be so up and down. And I think we have been almost spoiled this year in terms of the amount of UFO news that has dropped. That we're probably all getting assimilated into if we don't have something new and fresh almost every other day, there's been nothing for ages and there's been nothing to talk about. There has been plenty. But like you say, the world is a complete bin fire for the most part. If anyone's listening in a country that isn't a complete bin fire out there, please give me a shout, let me know, because I've got listeners looking for countries to move to from all over. So give us a shout. But largely like you say, Dali, I can appreciate where you're looking going even if you want to look for UFO conversation and UFO news. It's not necessarily right there in front of you anymore. And I was surprised and I've said this before, how much, especially over the last year or two, people get in touch with me who say they are not on X, they're not on Instagram, they're not on Facebook, they barely ever use if have social media at all now. And they follow, for example, the UFO topic just through podcasts, just through YouTube channels. And it's like that's how they get their news because they don't want to be on social media for multiple reasons. smart, yeah. I find myself more and more just wanting to hear people's stories, just regular people, not anyone that I have to wonder, you know, okay, does this person have an agenda? I think for me what bums me out a lot is that I feel like the direction it's going, a lot of it, it's a lot of what's happening in the world, I think, is gearing us up towards more militarization, especially in the United States. It's kind of like getting us used to that. And I do feel like what I see a lot in kind of the mainstream UFO discourse is the same as that. You know, what does everything mean in relation to weaponry and war and, you know, if we're attacked? And I just, I feel a lot of suspicion about that when I read it, because I'm wondering what are they, what do they, what direction do they want our minds to go? And I don't know if I'm getting really crazy. I'm just being really honest. No, no, two things then. So one, I've said before, and other people have as well, like I'm not unique in my thinking, that it would be very easy to distract the public from wondering or thinking about the UFO topic. And this is something regarding that Washington, the journal post, okay, this article that everyone's kicking off about and making such a big fuss over, how many people do the UFO community think are reading that in the public and really paying attention to it and not seeing it as anything other than another UFO article? I think people are almost giving it too much attention and praise and credibility. And I'm like, I imagine a lot of the folks who are reading that article are the people who are UFO friendly. So who are they, you know, unless you're reading it and going, oh, so it's all been DOD and it's all been, you know, a PSYOP and yes, there's nothing to say here, then I don't think it's affecting many, many opinions. Well, I think what happens is is that the people that are that are putting their opinions out there in a big way are the ones that are reading the article and then they're kind of disseminating that information. And, you know, if there is, like I said, I don't even know what the article says. I have not read the article. But if there is an agenda behind the article, then one way that you could get that out is to put it out to the people who are going to be paying attention and they're going to disseminate that to a lot of people like me who didn't read the article and forming an opinion about it. I was trying to find the actual original. They've just reposted it like a few minutes ago. I know there's a follow-up. I don't think that is the follow-up actually. But I wonder compared to how many views they normally get, how many of the, because looking at their, look at just the engagement on Wall Street Journal, per post 11 hours ago, 41k, 73k, 40k, 40k, 100k, 40k, that's just engagement. That's not 100,000 people reading that article. That's just people who have stopped by or clicked on to see posts and comments. It's not going to be huge amounts of folks. I would say there are folks in the UFO community whose posts get higher engagement. There are TikTokers whose posts get higher engagement and better quality engagement as well. So there's almost a thing for me where there's been too much put into it. And these poorly informed journalists have clearly got an agenda, probably being led by Kirkpatrick and others maybe. They had it on 19 hours ago and it got 80,000 engagements. That's not a lot. I've had posts with far more than that and I'm not the Washington, sorry, Washington, I keep saying Washington, Wall Street Journal. I know there's a follow-up coming. I just wonder distraction wise, that leads me to when you're saying you're getting a bit crazy with your chatter, let's talk UFOs and aliens still. Do you feel it would be easy for when you think of that militarization and that almost getting used to it, you're being like, you know, you're so accustomed now to seeing it. You know, if you see like a horrible grisly death in a movie, you're so desensitized where it's like, yeah, whereas 20, 30 years ago it would have been, oh my God, that's horrific, but we're so used to it now. Do you think things like Project Blue Beam, where they do like a fake alien invasion using holographic technology or some kind of advanced drone or advanced craft, it would be really easy to do now and fool the public? Or do you think you're still going to have a huge divide and split of that was genuine, that's the government, that's all bullshit? Where would you sit with that? I mean, I think there would be a divide because there's so little trust. Yeah. But I can't help but think that, you know, if it was real, there would be a way that it would reach all of us that kind of circumvented all these other channels of communication, if that makes sense. And in fact, how far though, when you say real, sorry, like, how far, like, so stopping short of aliens walking out of a craft, do you not think even then there would be people would say, that's BS, I don't believe that? You know, I don't necessarily think it's going to be aliens walking out of a craft, I think it could be, I mean, it could be like particles, it could be, it could be a thought, like a change of thought that is What, like a mass change of thought? Yes. Like we all have the same dream one night? Yes, something like that, or you know, just like kind of a evolutionary leap that we would take. Do you think we're ready for that? Again, I always go back to this, that Are we ready for any evolutionary leap? I mean, that's why it's evolutionary, that we would, yes, you know, there's never a good time, Andy. Do you know, this is, I brought this up like with Danny Sheehan, you know, like we find out tonight that our genuine NHIs, the US, the UK, Five Eyes Agreement, you know, all these countries, Russia, China, all get together holding hands around a table and go, everyone, aliens are here, they're real, we've had a signal, we're going to come out and give you some information that we've been keeping secret, all that stuff, right? So we know, we get disclosure. Do warlords in Rwanda put down machetes and stop massacring babies all of a sudden because aliens are here? You know, this paradigm shift that humanity would go through? I don't think that affects some of the really horrible atrocities going on in parts of the world. Well, I would like the powers that be to put down their weapons. Like that, that's my, and I think then it will trickle down. Right now, and that's why I don't want disclosure to come through the governments of the world. You've seen Arrival, yeah? I'm sorry? You've seen Arrival, the movie? Yes. Yeah, they would 100% sneak a bomb on board one of these things and be like, oh, let's just blow it up. Yeah, and I mean, I think what would be better is, if we're just contacted directly, and I think that's why I kind of seek out just stories from regular people and what their experiences are, and I'm trying to kind of put this noise down of like all the people that are in these positions of power where they have the ability to manipulate the masses, and in fact, that's what they've been trained for, and these are people that have been trained to play a very long game, like a generations-long game, and so I don't trust them, and I don't want the information to be funneled through them, and I just wish that we wouldn't continue to look to them for the answers, and we would look more to honestly like to ourselves, and what are we hearing, and what are we noticing, and what are we feeling as human beings? Does that? Yeah, no, I like that, and I mentioned the other day, a listener emailed me, a long-time listener, which was lovely to hear from them still, and he was saying that he feels there's so much UFO news at the moment, but he's like any podcast or show he listens to, it's so serious and almost news-like, and that can happen, like, you know, we're talking about the news right now, current affairs, a lot's going on, and a lot of people listen to this, for that kind of information. However, there are a lot of folks out there who want to hear the testimony, they want to hear from the experiencers, they want to hear, and you know, it was divisive, but Melinda Leslie talking about underground military bases, talking about abduction experiences, because the other part of it is really draining them, the talking about Congress and talking about the Senate getting involved, it's almost like right, fine, okay, we might get something there, we might not, but there's a lot of, some people don't like the term fun, but whether you follow the subject for fun, for entertainment, for information, for out of interest, to find, like yourself, you want to hear testimony from individuals like yourself who have got great opinion or had fantastical experiences, but you want to hear from normal folks, you don't need to hear from F-16 fighter pilot pilot A.A. Aronson, who saw something on this special computer, you would rather hear from a farmhand who basically says, I saw this thing one night and here's what happened to me, and there's a lot of folks out there like that who want to go back to hearing about the incredible stuff in the topic, and maybe not the boring stuff, in quotes. Yeah, and just to be clear, like, I would welcome a story from a military guy, like a regular guy, but to me there's a difference between that and someone who, you know, holds a really high position of power and has been trained to manipulate people. Like, that's it. You don't retire from that. You don't walk away from that. Once you're in that position, that is, you know, not just your position for your life, but probably generations of your family and everything else, you know. But I guess what I want to say is, like, I follow it to be, I follow this to be fascinated. Yep. I follow it to feel hope. I follow it to feel that there's something beyond myself. You know, it's almost kind of, I don't want to get too woo-woo, because I know that I am kind of a woo-woo-y. There's people who like that. But, you know, I'm looking at the stars, and I want to see something there. I want to see something reflected back at me. And when I'm paying more attention to stuff that has to do with, you know, oh, what are we, this alien technology, how are we going to, you know, such and such company, who we know is a horrible, evil company, and they have this technology, and what are they going to do with it, and which country has it, and how are we going to protect it? And it's like, this is human stuff that I, I'm looking to the stars so that we can get beyond that. Yeah. You know, how can we use this to destroy each other and to grab power? I don't want to think about that. I want to, and it's not that I'm in denial. I think a lot of people might be like, well, you can't just assume that aliens are going to come to, you know, sing kumbaya with us. They might come to attack us, and that's, you know, that's, unfortunately, that's true. But I don't, that's not the only conversation I feel like we should be having, and I think a lot of the conversation is focused on that. And there's a lot of assumptions being made, and a lot that's being reflected to us that's, like, where we should be making that assumption. And when we're afraid, I don't think that we make the best decisions. No. And I think, I like that line of thinking though, that, let's be fair, if we find out, and one of my lines of thinking that I'm pretty strong on these days is that there are things under our oceans, maybe they are in some kind of mobile laboratory that moves about, and the governments know about it, and if they approach it, it disappears for a few days. I like that. It's also really, I think, really entertaining to think about that stuff, and it sounds incredible, but that could be happening. It makes sense in some ways, you know, maybe it's manufacturing some of these things that the military are encountering, you know, blah, blah, blah, all that kind of stuff. But if we found out that was true, surely the general public's first thought, and my first thought certainly won't be, yeah, but what the policymaker's going to do about this, and is there going to be legislation drafted? No. I want to know where the fuck are these things from? How long have they been there? You know, are the creators of them still in touch even with them? Are they even still around in some far off galaxy a long time ago, far, far away? You know, all those questions. I'm not immediately thinking, oh, well, I wonder if we can send a convoy down of, you know, four-star generals. No, I don't care. I want to know all the really interesting stuff, and the same with, I sometimes sporadically get the email or comment and people say, can you imagine we got disclosure? Like, would you stop the podcast? And I was like, no, because that's when the actual real questions could begin, because then you can be like, where are they from? What are they doing? Do they have, and this will sound a boring question, but I think about this, like manufacturing processes. Is there, like, a factory of aliens somewhere building craft? Or are they grown? Like, is there some kind of weird plant thing that seeds a craft? You know, I don't know. It's ridiculous, but is that the case? You know, is there, like, a nine-to-five where some alien guy is heading off, saying bye to his family in the morning, and goes to make a flying saucer, and then comes back? Or do you know what? Is it there was actually once, one civilization had, like, two or three of these things, and only ever once or twice have we ever genuinely had a real saucer crashing land here? Maybe it's happened once or twice, and that's it. All the rest of the stories around saucers crashing are BS, but it happened once, and to cover it up, you flood the market with stories. Yes. Yes. I absolutely could see that as part of it. That saucer was the peak of another civilization's, like, technological, you know, that was it. That was their, that's like when Krypton was about to explode, and they went, we're going to send off this baby, and this really cool bit of tech with these crystals, and that's our last hope to go somewhere else. Maybe something sent a saucer. Maybe not. Loads of people will disagree, but it's fun to think about all that stuff, and I think at times that can definitely get lost. And amongst all the seriousness of the conversation as well. Yes. You know, I just think more and more, and I've said this before, but I feel like disclosure is not really going to come in the way that we've imagined it as human beings. Like, we think of it as a very kind of, what would we do if we landed on another planet? Yeah. Where would we go? How would we present ourselves? And I think disclosure may be something that's beyond our imagination right now. But when it happens, we will understand it. I hope so, and I love that thinking. But just remember, we have landed on another planet. We have a big, what we have done is dump a robot. But the moon's not a planet? No. Oh, you mean like machines? Yeah, so we have like dumped a robot on it, and it's flying a little drone about. I always talk about the helicopter on one of the Mars rovers. There's a little helicopter that comes out. Yes. It goes about 10 feet, I think, away, so it doesn't have to go on the terrain, which is really rocky, obviously, and flies back. And it's like, that's really weird. So I'll speak to friends of mine where I work, and if I get into the UFO topic, and if I can hold them long enough in a conversation, I always reference that Mars rover. And I'm like, so what if something else sent a big object here, which has a little object, that now and again comes out and is just a bit more advanced than what we have? 20, 30, 40 years more advanced than what we have. And it can do some really cool stuff, and then it goes back to the big object. Oh, that's ridiculous. But why? We do it. Yeah, and I think, like, I mean, a lot of people that have watched, a lot of people have the opinion about Close Encounters of the Third Kind, that it's pretty accurate. And so, and they had the little, the little saucers, like the little objects, and then the mothership. I mean, that's where that whole concept comes from. So I don't think that that's beyond, you know, what is reasonable for another civilization to have. That totally is. And certainly there's, like, there's, there's, I mean, I think it would be unreasonable to say there was only one other civilization out there that would be trying to contact us. It could be that there are beings that are a little bit ahead of us and beings that are very much ahead of us. So, you know, the saucer that landed in the desert is when, you know, they're a little bit ahead of us. And then the ones that give us, you know, new understandings, evolve our minds, you know, we can move things with our, with our, with our thoughts all of a sudden. What if, and there's another thing, right? And this, this goes down the District 9 movie kind of route. And if people watching this or listening to this haven't seen District 9, go watch it. I think the sequels. It's an important movie, especially right now. Yeah. Yeah. The idea that aliens turn up with this incredible craft, but they're essentially refugees and they plonk themselves over. South Africa and the slums of Johannesburg rather than Paris or London or New York. And they are like, yeah, yeah, we've got this incredible craft, but we're pretty sick and we're struggling for resources and food and yeah, we could use your help. And it's all about, and it goes through the administrative process of, you know, that's like Shalto Copley's character where he's literally like checking these aliens in, the prawns as they call them. Yes. But it's then how they assimilate with us and how we treat them and everything else. And it's fascinating way to think about it. And it's like, what if even some of these beings that arrive here aren't that much more advanced than us? They just have a form of propulsion or a craft that was maybe a one and done. You know, maybe it's not disposable, but it crashed and that's it. But they're behind us in other ways. So maybe that's me being a bit optimistic about how far humanity might be. Well, what's interesting to me about that movie is that for him to be able to operate the craft, he had to become them. He had to like evolve. Yeah. So he got this whatever stuff in his face. I think it like he had like some kind of like ink or something in his face from something. Is it like blood from one of them or something like that? Yeah. And he evolved or changed into something else. And not only did he change and, you know, I mean, it's it's supposed to make you think because you're supposed to see the aliens as this kind of grotesque creature. But then he becomes more empathetic and actually becomes more human upon changing into one of the prawns. So I love that movie. I think it's an important movie. I think it's about, you know, I mean, it's about aliens, but it's a lot of it's about humanity and how we treat each other and how we look at each other. So. But, yeah, I mean. Final words, Dahlia, to wrap up what we're saying to wrap up this conversation. Oh, gosh. Just, you know, we're in a tough time right now. You know, when I'm when I'm thinking about the world and how how everything is, I'll go out to the chicken yard like that's my that's my place of of peace. And that's how I get through things. And I think since this isn't a chicken channel, I'll say go outside and and look at the stars and imagine, you know, kind of a line between you and the universe. And maybe if we all do that, we'll get the information directly. We won't need anybody to make us feel a certain way about it. It'll just come to us. So that's that's my advice. Hey, who knows?
